This topic has been on my radar for a couple of years & continues to challenge me. White people assume niceness is the answer to racial inequality. It’s not.
In the last 6 months, 5 close friends have experienced a miscarriage. This was a really helpful read. What to say when someone has a miscarriage.
As a follow up to #3, we had our 13 week ultrasound today & baby is looking healthy. We are so thankful & really trying to not take this miracle for granted. Here’s a snap shot of our sweet babe. Do you think boy or girl? 🙂

I recently read Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens in two days. Couldn’t put it down! A combination of nature, love, & murder mystery.
We are so happy that January is over. With extreme pregnancy nausea & fatigue, Will & I both having the stomach bug, Trip not sleeping because of a cold, and -30 degree temps – we are happy to wave goodbye to the longest month ever. Onward to spring!
